By using Wiresight you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Wiresight provides industrial fault diagnosis, engineering knowledge and maintenance tooling. We may change or withdraw features and do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

3. Your responsibilities

• You must keep account credentials secure and be responsible for activity under your account.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter.
• You must follow site-specific safety, isolation and manufacturer procedures. Wiresight supports diagnosis; it does not replace competent engineering judgement or safety procedures.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, attempt to access data you are not authorised to access, or bypass safety or security controls.

5. Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis until cancelled. Payments are processed by our payment provider. See /pricing for current plans. Prices exclude VAT.

6. Intellectual property

We retain rights to the service. You retain rights to your data.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Wiresight resources and AI-assisted suggestions do not replace site-specific risk assessments, manufacturer instructions or competent engineering judgement.
